FOOD AND BEVERAGE ATTENDANT
We are currently seeking applications for F&B Attendants & Bar Staff for dinner & breakfast service in our signature restaurant, the Ruapehu Room & other food and beverage outlets.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
All candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong background in Food and Beverage
- NZ Wine knowledge and advantage
- Ideally with a minimum of 1-2 years a la carte waiting experience will be an advantage
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to upsell
- Presentation will be impeccable
- Your command of the written and spoken English, excellent
- Cocktail making experience

ALL APPLICANTS MUST CURRENTLY HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK AND LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND AND IDEALLY, THE CONDITIONS OF ANY VISA WILL ALLOW YOU TO WORK UNTIL THE END OF OCTOBER.
We have limited accommodation in a backpacker style lodge including 3 meals served daily in the staff dining room for a low cost per week (From approx $95 depending on lodge), or there is alternative accomodation available in National Park Township 15 km away. Please advise when applying, whether you will require accommodation.
