Front Office Reception - Job Description
|
We are searching for two people with extraordinary customer service skills to join our Front Office team as Receptionist. MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AND THIS IS A PERMANENT POSITION.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this varied position gives you the opportunity to experience different areas within this department. As the first point of contact at the Hotel, you are the experience creator so you will need to be a friendly and outgoing person.
All applicants will have:
- An excellent command of the English language in both its spoken and written form
- A second language is definitely advantageous
- You will also have an affinity for numbers and systems
- Experience within the Hotel industry is preferred
- A customer service or reception background
- Our Front Office members are required to be multi functional and at times
We have simple onsite accommodation available to our staff in a lodge style setting. The facilities are shared but all residence get their own bedroom including meals from $95 per week.
